Ongoing Practice Requirements

• Daily Energizer

  -Applicants must have participated in Daily Energizer for at least two months before beginning Teacher Training.

Participants are required to maintain an active Daily Energizer subscription throughout Teacher Training and for at least six months after completing the program, and to regularly participate in the live practice sessions during this period.

• Seasonal Qigong Empowerment

  -Applicants must be subscribed to Seasonal Qigong Empowerment during Teacher Training. The free version is sufficient, although participants may choose the paid version.

Participants should stay engaged with the seasonal teachings and practices to continue developing an understanding of Qigong in harmony with the rhythms of nature.

Why Ongoing Practice Matters?

Teaching Qigong requires more than learning techniques. Through consistent daily practice and seasonal cultivation, trainees deepen their understanding, integrate what they have learned, and develop the personal experience necessary to teach Qigong with confidence, authenticity, and integrity.

Teaching grows out of practice.
