    Qigong Q&A 03.27.2025

In today’s session, Robert answered a variety of insightful questions, including:
🔹 Kidney Activation & Placement – For a student with a displaced kidney, where should they place their hands during Qigong forms that activate the kidneys—at the usual location above the waist or on the actual displaced kidney?
🔹 Reversing Yin & Yang – When turning the palms up after collecting Earth Qi and before raising the arms to collect Heaven Qi, how does this reverse Yin and Yang, and what makes this move so powerful?
🔹 Visual Phenomena in Practice – While practicing Yi Jin Jing, some students report seeing blue dots when closing their eyes, especially after exertion and breathing. What could this indicate?
🔹 Spontaneous Yawning & Energy Work – During distant healing and certain exercises, some experience deep yawning that feels connected to energy shifts rather than exhaustion. What might be the reason for this?
These are just some of the fascinating topics Robert covered today. Join us every Thursday at 12:30 PM EST for more Q&A sessions and deepen your understanding of Qigong!

    Qigong Q&A 03.20.2025

In today’s session, Robert answered a variety of insightful questions, including:

    • Kidney Activation: When tightening the kidneys during an exercise, should this be done through reverse abdominal breathing or just visualization?
    • Healing Protocols: What is the best practice for someone with a life-threatening illness in need of urgent healing? What would be the ideal protocol and schedule?
    • Adaptation & Integration: If unable to complete Yi Jin Jing, can one focus on the 4 Cycles and 8 Cycles instead? Should Chi-Lel (Zhineng) Qigong be incorporated, or is there a more effective method for deep healing?
    • Combining Practices: Can Light Elixir Qigong and Chi-Lel Qigong be practiced together, or would it be better to focus on one?
    • Qigong & Kundalini: Is there a concept of Kundalini in Qigong, and how do the two compare?
    • Heart Health & Emotions: How can one improve heart health and manage atrial fibrillation, especially when it seems linked to emotions and family relationships?
These are just some of the questions Robert addressed today. Join us every Thursday at 12:30 PM EST for more Q&A sessions!

    Qigong Q&A 03.13.2025.

In today’s session, Robert answered a range of insightful questions, including:

    • Observation Phase: After each exercise, should focus be on the specific organ or the whole body?
    • Exercise Selection: Can a single exercise be practiced separately to target a specific meridian, like Liver after stress or Lung after excessive talking?
    • Combination of Exercises: Is it fine to mix and match exercises freely, or should they follow a specific meridian flow?
    • Six Healing Sounds: Do the original sounds matter, or is intention and focus more important?
    • Qi Storage & Smiling Face Visualization: Does the practice involve raising Qi to the Upper Dantian after storing it in the Lower Dantian?
These are just some of the questions Robert addressed today. Join us every Thursday at 12:30 PM EST for more Q&A sessions!

    Qigong Q&A 03.06.2025

In today's inaugural Qigong General Q&A session, Robert first outlined the structure of these weekly sessions. He explained that the Q&A will take place every Thursday at 12:30 PM EST. Each session will begin with addressing pre-submitted questions sent to our email before opening the floor to live participants.

    Some questions answered are:
-In Peng-Qi breathing, we inale to the lower Dantian…do we exhale from the Dantian as well?—Where does 8 Cycles come from?
-If healing sessions are still available and how to register, including location and cost?
