This course is a comprehensive year-long journey into the principles of Daoist wisdom, Qigong cultivation, and the refinement of mind, body, and spirit. Through three progressive stages, participants will explore the deep connections between energy flow, emotional well-being, and spiritual elevation. Each stage builds upon the last, guiding students from fundamental healing practices to advanced internal cultivation, fostering greater vitality, balance, and self-awareness.
Stage 1: The Six Healing Sounds (8 Weeks)

This stage introduces the foundational practice of the Six Healing Sounds, a powerful Qigong method used to purify and strengthen the internal organs. By using vibrational sound healing, breathwork, and focused intention, participants will learn to harmonize the body's energy systems, release emotional blockages, and cultivate inner peace. This phase establishes a strong energetic foundation for deeper practices in the following stages.

Starting in Week 2, we embark on a Systematic Meridian Empowerment journey, dedicating two consecutive weeks to each of the 12 major meridians. The first week focuses on activating key meridian points, while the second week strengthens and empowers the full meridian pathway.
For Weeks 2-3, we focus on the Lung Meridian, which governs breath, energy intake, and emotional clarity. The Lungs regulate vitality and immunity, helping us process grief, release sadness, and embrace inspiration. Strengthening this meridian enhances our ability to flow with life’s rhythm and maintain emotional resilience.
Throughout these weeks, we integrate Swimming Dragon Qigong and Song Kong Tong tapping/pressing techniques to harmonize Yin and Yang energy within the practice.

This final stage of the program transitions from physical and energetic cultivation to spiritual refinement. Huo Lu Gong, or the Fire Cauldron Practice, focuses on consolidating and refining Qi into Shen (spirit), fostering deep inner transformation. By working with Qi Steaming, Dantian refinement, and advanced meditation techniques, practitioners will cultivate heightened awareness, inner clarity, and connection to the Dao. This stage represents the culmination of the journey, integrating all previous practices into a unified, sustained spiritual path.
Week 1 (February 8): General Introduction & Building a Qi Cauldron
This week, we introduce Huo Lu Gong, the ancient Daoist practice of spiritual refinement through Qi cultivation. By building a Qi Cauldron, practitioners create an internal reservoir for gathering and refining energy, essential for deep transformation.
