Teaching Syllabus

April 6, 2025 – April 18, 2026 Whole Year Program

This course is a comprehensive year-long journey into the principles of Daoist wisdom, Qigong cultivation, and the refinement of mind, body, and spirit. Through three progressive stages, participants will explore the deep connections between energy flow, emotional well-being, and spiritual elevation. Each stage builds upon the last, guiding students from fundamental healing practices to advanced internal cultivation, fostering greater vitality, balance, and self-awareness.
